Mackenzie Morton is an experienced professional with a diverse background in supply chain management, customer service, and social media. Since August 2021, Mackenzie has served as a Supply Chain Program Manager at Unagi Scooters, after progressing through various roles in the company, including Customer Service Supervisor and Senior Customer Service Representative. Previous experience includes a position as Social Media Manager at Grateful Daily and roles in customer service at The LEGO Store and J.Crew. Mackenzie began their career with a marketing internship at Scholastic and a photojournalism apprenticeship with Sue Jaye Johnson/WNYC. Mackenzie holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Journalism from Richmond, The American International University in London, completed in 2016.
