Alicia Forward

Alicia Forward has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Alicia started their career in 2005 at SunGard Pentamation, Inc. where they worked as a Financial Help Desk Representative, progressing from Level 1 to Level 2. In 2009, they transitioned to SunGard Public Sector, initially working as a Product Support Specialist and later as a Project Manager. Alicia joined PowerSchool Group LLC in 2016 and took on various roles including Project Manager II, Project Manager III, Senior Unified Deployment Project Manager, Supervisor of Professional Services, and Manager of Professional Services. Currently, Alicia is employed at Unanet as the Senior Manager in the Project Management Office and holds the role of Principal Project Manager.

Alicia Forward holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a second major in English from Duke University. Alicia also has a Master's Degree in Counselor Education and Human Development from Radford University. Additionally, Alicia has obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and an Application Programming Specialized Diploma with a 4.0 GPA from Northampton Community College.
