Amanda Bayati

Director, Customer Success - Govcon + Customer Solutions at Unanet

Amanda Bayati has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Amanda is currently working at Unanet as the Director of Strategic Accounts & Customer Solutions since July 2023. Prior to this position, they were the Manager of Customer Success Engineering from February 2022 to July 2023. Before that, they held the positions of Senior Customer Success Engineer from November 2021 to February 2022, Customer Success Engineer from January 2020 to November 2021, and Account Manager from March 2019 to January 2020 at Unanet.

Before joining Unanet, Amanda worked at KDM Systems, Inc. from April 2015 to March 2019 as the Director of Business Operations. Prior to this role, they served as the Accounting and Contracts Manager from October 2013 to April 2015 and as an Executive Assistant from February 2011 to October 2013, where they supported administrative needs, including bookkeeping, budget and tax planning, and contract management.

Amanda also had experience working at Nyack College from August 2008 to February 2011 as an Admissions and Marketing Specialist, where they counseled students entering the Bachelor's program and managed marketing initiatives for the program.

Amanda's earliest work experience was at Christ Church on Embassy Row from May 2007 to August 2008, where they worked as the ESOL Director, overseeing a small school that taught English as a second language. Their responsibilities included coordinating lesson plans, volunteers, and marketing the school to the general public.

Amanda Bayati earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Malone University between 2003 and 2007. In 2006, they participated in the American Studies Program, focusing on Public and International Policy. Amanda also obtained a certification as a CrossFit Level One Trainer from CrossFit, LLC in February 2013.
