Throughout their career, Rusty has been responsible for developing courseware, creating training materials, managing global teams, and implementing training programs for customers, partners, and employees. Rusty has also focused on generating revenue through subscription-based SaaS models and offering training in various formats, including traditional classrooms, virtual classrooms, eLearning, and webinars. Rusty has a strong background in instructional design and has successfully led teams to deliver effective training programs.

Rusty Austin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy. Rusty also obtained an MBA with a specialization in Finance and Accounting from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
