Jon-Paul Unwin has a diverse background in business integration, change management, and process design. Jon-Paul has held various leadership roles, including Director of Business Integration at Unbabel, where they managed strategic operations and oversaw integration projects. Prior to that, they served as Co-Founder and Director at Fresh Think Consulting. Jon-Paul also worked at HSBC as a Transformation Portfolio Manager and at Santander Consumer (UK) plc as a Change Management & Implementation Lead. Additionally, Jon-Paul has experience at Barclays Investment Bank and Santander UK Corporate & Commercial, where they played key roles in designing target operating models and managing business readiness for regulatory compliance. Jon-Paul started their career at Accenture as a Management Consultant, focusing on process mapping and implementation for banking mergers. Jon-Paul began their professional journey at IBM as a Financial Analyst. Throughout their career, Jon-Paul has demonstrated skills in agile methodology, stakeholder management, and strategic planning.

Jon-Paul Unwin obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies from Bristol Business School in the years 2002 to 2006. Jon-Paul also holds additional certifications including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Six Sigma Global Institute and Agile Certified Practitioner from Project Management Institute. Jon-Paul is also a Certified Associate of Project Management from Project Management Institute.
