Wale Lawal

Wale has spent most of his career as a researcher and program manager for the Air Force. He has a background in both software and hardware development. During Wale’s time as an undergraduate student at the Air Force Academy he played Division 1 Football and picked up some boxing skills along the way, competing nationally as a heavyweight collegiate boxer. After hanging up the gloves, Wale picked up the books once again to earn his Ph.D. from Rice University in Materials Science and NanoEngineering. Since college, Wale has been motivated to create technology driven solutions to empower organizations to leverage and develop diverse talent to achieve outsized success.
