Katy Francis

Katy Francis has a diverse work experience starting from 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Technology Researcher at RP International. Katy then joined IBM in 2018 and held multiple roles including Associate Consultant - Business Analyst & Design and Consultant - Technical Project Manager. Their responsibilities involved leading design workshops, analyzing product requirements, creating wireframes, and conducting post-launch analysis. Katy joined Time Out Group plc in 2022 as a Product Manager and later moved to Unbiased in 2023, where they currently hold the position of Product Manager.

Katy Francis completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2014 to 2017, they attended the University of Exeter and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with Economics. Afterwards, from 2020 to 2022, they studied at Imperial College Business School, where they pursued a part-time Master of Science degree in Business Analytics. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications, including an Enterprise Design Thinking Co-Creator certification from IBM iX in October 2018 and an AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2019.
