Ramon Chanco

Ramon Chanco has over six years of experience in the technology and blockchain space. In 2022, they joined Unblocked as the Business Operations Lead, where they are responsible for the end-to-end process development and execution of the creator program that empowers new artists with tools and resources to launch their NFT collection on the platform. In 2021, they worked at Rally as a Program Manager for the Partnerships team, overseeing the partnerships pipeline of coin launches to ensure smooth internal and external operations, as well as a Web3 Strategist, MBA Intern. Ramon also had an MBA summer internship with Jemi as a Growth Product Manager, where they worked alongside growth marketing and product responsible for tasks like competitive analysis, user interviews, and external outreach. In 2018, they were a Product Manager for Aumentum Technologies, streamlining tax billing processes for over 40+ counties on Aumentum through product backlog grooming, prioritization, and leadership of a globally diverse scrum team. In 2017, they founded BTO (Better Than One) Collective, a group of rising EDM artists, and in 2018 they founded Doggonia Supply Co., an online retail store for dog products. In 2016, they were a Business Analyst at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and in 2014 they were an Instructional Designer at the County of Riverside.

Ramon Chanco completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Information Systems from the University of California, Riverside. In 2017, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2018, they obtained a Scrum Fundamentals Certified certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. Ramon is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business, and a Master of Business Administration - MBA, Technology Commercialization from the University of Southern California, both expected to be completed in 2023.
