Ramona Swadling

Ramona Swadling is the EVP of Human Resources at Unblu. Ramona has over 10 years of experience working in Human Resources for various companies. Ramona has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Zurich, Switzerland.

Ramona started their career as a Private Banking Apprenticeship at Julius Baer. Ramona then moved on to GAM (Swiss & Global Asset Management Ltd.) where they worked as an HR Officer for 4 years. In 2014, they left GAM to work as an HR Consultant for Laing Investments Management Services.

In 2016, Ramona became the Senior HR Business Partner for Ben Sherman, where they were responsible for the UK & Europe. Ramona left Ben Sherman in 2017 to join rocko as their Lead HR Consultant. Ramona supported various tech companies with creating and implementing a future oriented HR strategy.

In 2018, Ramona joined Unblu as their EVP of Human Resources. In this role, they are responsible for all aspects of human resources, including hiring, employee relations, performance management, and culture.

Ramona Swadling reports to Luc Haldimann, CEO. Ramona Swadling works with Nick Cross - Product Manager, Reto Ackermann - VP Finances, and Patrik Hug - Chief Sales Officer.
