Didac Lorente Pijem has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Dídac started their career in 1986 as a CAD-CAM and Technical Systems Support at Audifilm. Dídac then worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Sales Representative in the Test & Measurement Organization and later as a Sales Account Manager for Corporate and Large Accounts in the Industry Sector.

In 1999, Didac became the Managing Director of Capgemini Spain East Area, where they were responsible for Business Development, Customer Relationship, and Delivery of services in sectors such as Public Sector, Manufacturing, CPG, and Retail.

From 2003 to 2007, they served as the General Manager of the East Area at Oesia, leading the organizational transformation and achieving significant growth in employees and revenues.

Following that, Didac founded their own consultancy firm, DDK - Digital | Innovation | Growth, where they collaborated with startups and SMBs on Strategy, Business Development, and product launches. Dídac was also a shareholder in two startups, Beabloo and Win2Win.

In 2011, they joined Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services as an Account Executive for the Utilities and Energy Sector, overseeing a team of professionals and managing IT operations, infrastructure, system integration, and business process outsourcing for Gas Natural Fenosa.

Throughout this time, Didac also had roles as an Entrepreneurship Academic Mentor at ESADE EEI, mentoring numerous Business Plans and Business Development Plans, and as a Senior Advisor at ARS CORPORATE, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions advisory in the mid-market segment.

Most recently, they became the CFO of Unblur in 2020. Overall, Didac's work experience showcases their expertise in various areas, including finance, entrepreneurship, consulting, management, and business development.

Dídac Lorente Pijem's education history is as follows: From 1979 to 1985, they attended the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, where they earned a degree in Ingeniero Superior de Telecomunicaciones with a focus on Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering. Subsequently, between 1989 and 2003, they pursued an MBA at Esade, specializing in Management. In 2002, they briefly attended Paris-Sud University (Paris XI), where they undertook a course in executive development in an international environment titled "IBS - Université de Behoust - Cap Gemini Ernst&Young."
