Kelsey Wong

Kelsey Wong is an experienced professional in customer success and program coordination, currently serving as Associate Manager of Customer Success at Unbounce since May 2016, following a progression from Customer Success Manager to Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior to Unbounce, Kelsey worked at Hootsuite Media Inc. from August 2013 to December 2015, where responsibilities included roles such as Program Coordinator for Higher Education and Senior Customer Advocate, focusing on onboarding, account management, and team training. Earlier experience includes serving as HR & Community Relations Assistant at Make a Future - Careers in BC Education and Communications Assistant at Pacific Federal Council. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of British Columbia and a Post-Baccalaureate in Communication from Simon Fraser University.
