Morgan Sheppard

Morgan Sheppard is an experienced educator and program manager currently serving as the Program Manager of Innovation at UnboundEd.org, where responsibilities include managing projects focused on multilingual learners, revamping educational websites, and developing measurement tools for instructional materials implementation. Previously, Morgan held similar roles at Pivot Learning and Achievement First, the latter as a Distinguished Teacher responsible for leading reading instruction and remote learning initiatives. Additional experience includes teaching at UP Academy Holland, managing special projects at the UP Education Network, and data impact roles at the Partnership for Los Angeles Schools. Morgan's background also includes international education research with organizations such as Innovations for Poverty Action, UNICEF, and Save the Children. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Education Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy Studies from Duke University.
