Kristen Siarzynski

Kristen Siarzynski is a seasoned higher education professional currently serving as the Director of the University Transfer Center at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte since October 2007. With a diverse range of roles within the same institution, Kristen has also held positions as Associate Director of First Year Advising, Academic Advisor at the University Advising Center, and Assistant Director of Building Educational Strengths & Talents. Prior experience includes serving as Academic Coordinator for Educational Talent Search at Western Kentucky University, Youth Services Specialist at Charlotte Housing Authority, Community Builder at United Family Services, and Youth Services Volunteer with the Peace Corps. Kristen holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, alongside a Master of Social Work from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
