Nikita Williams, M.A., serves as a Doctoral Research Assistant for Dr. Nicole Strah at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where expertise in research and data analysis contributes to various academic projects. Relevant experience includes consulting internship at eXecutive Leadership Partners, focusing on client support in candidate selection, executive coaching, and organizational culture assessment, as well as a Talent Management Internship at Sealed Air Corporation that involved conducting literature reviews and recommending strategies based on employee survey analysis.
