Ruchika Bhutada

Ruchika Bhutada is an Associate Consultant in the Salesforce Practice at MTX Group, beginning this role in May 2024 and previously serving as a Consultant from May 2021 to December 2022. Ruchika has also been a Teaching Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte since January 2023, facilitating student learning under the guidance of Pamela Thompson. Earlier experience includes roles as an Administrative Assistant at 49er Fresh and a Front Desk Assistant at HRL UNCC. With a background in software quality assurance as a Software Quality Assurance Intern at EnergyTech Global and a Software Development Intern at Nuclear Fuel Complex, Ruchika has demonstrated strong skills in collaboration, process automation, and problem-solving. Ruchika holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, expected to complete in May 2024, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology, completed in 2021.
