Shayna Long

Shayna Long is a seasoned fundraising professional with a comprehensive background in annual giving and donor engagement, currently serving as the Senior Director of Annual Giving at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte since February 2014. In this role, Shayna leads a team responsible for securing philanthropic gifts and managing the annual giving program, including initiatives such as Niner Nation Gives. Prior experience includes positions as Director and Assistant Director of Annual Giving at UNC Charlotte, where strategic fundraising efforts resulted in significant increases in giving, as well as a Marketing Manager role at Cold Stone Creamery, where Shayna developed community-based fundraising programs. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Arts Administration from Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Arts Administration from the University of Kentucky.
