Angie Bailey

Angie Bailey is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in compensation and HR data management. Currently serving as the System Director of Compensation & HR Data at UNC Health since February 2022, Angie has previously held key positions, including Compensation Program Manager at WakeMed, and Deputy HR Director at the NC Department of Health and Human Services. Angie’s career spans several roles focused on classification, compensation, and recruitment, including Manager and Sr. Classification & Compensation Analyst within the NC DHHS. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from East Carolina University and pursuing an MBA in Human Resources at Liberty University, Angie continues to enhance their expertise in the field.
