Ashley Mahan

Ashley Mahan, MHA, currently serves as the Director of Outpatient Services at UNC Health since September 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing clinical operations for the Department of Psychiatry. Experience includes key roles such as Operations Manager III, leading facility operations, and Operations Manager II, as well as significant involvement in launching the new UNC Child & Adolescent Hospital. Prior to UNC Health, Ashley worked at First Citizens Bank as a Senior Financial Services Representative, specializing in client relationship management and market acquisition, and began a career at State Employees' Credit Union as a Financial Services Officer. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Pfeiffer University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Marketing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
