Brian Cooper

Brian Cooper, MHA, PMP, is an experienced program manager currently serving in the Transformation Office at UNC Health since May 2021. Prior to this role, Brian was the Chief Of Staff at the Digital Health Institute for Transformation (DHIT) from August 2018 to April 2021, where Brian launched the nonprofit organization and managed various program workstreams. Brian also held the position of Chief Of Staff at Bluedoor Group, contributing to the launch of multiple enterprises and overseeing project management and team performance. Additionally, Brian worked as a Telepsychiatry & Rural Hospital Specialist for the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, administering statewide telehealth programs. Earlier roles include strategic planning intern at Duke Health Integrated Practice and health information management assistant at UNC Health Care. Brian holds a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
