Hogan Medlin

Hogan Medlin currently serves as the System Director of Strategic Change at UNC Health, a position held since June 2016, where responsibilities have included leadership roles as System Manager of Change Management and Senior Strategy Consultant. Prior experience includes serving as a Federal Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte from June 2014 to May 2016, and as a Professional Democratic Staff member for the Appropriations Committee at the U.S. House of Representatives from April 2013 to June 2014. Hogan gained experience working in legislative affairs as a staff member in the Office of Legislative Affairs at The White House from August 2012 to January 2013 and as a Fulbright Scholar in Korea from July 2011 to July 2012. Hogan holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from UNC, with studies from January 2021 to December 2023, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completed in 2011.
