Ingrid Jones

Ingrid Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development, culture, and engagement. Currently serving as the System Director of Culture and Engagement at UNC Health since January 2018, Ingrid has also held positions such as System Manager and Sr. Organizational Development Consultant within the same organization. Prior to this, Ingrid founded Black Women In Business, a community dedicated to supporting Black women entrepreneurs and professionals. Ingrid was the President of Impact Meetings and Events, LLC, providing facilitation and leadership development services. Earlier roles included program and team management at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, encompassing leadership development and philanthropic initiatives. Ingrid began a career in public relations as an Account Executive at Erwin-Penland. Ingrid holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
