Jeff Harger

Jeff Harger is currently the System Director of Operational Performance Reporting at UNC Health since October 2023, overseeing the implementation of Vizient's Operational Data Base (ODB) program and guiding leaders in the use of comparative operational data. Prior to this role, Jeff worked at Duke University Health System for over 21 years, serving as Senior Director of Performance Services where Jeff led a diverse internal consulting team and engineering teams to enhance operational initiatives and maintain a high engagement work culture. Additional roles at Duke included Director and Manager of Performance Services, where Jeff focused on developing Business Intelligence and Analytics infrastructure, aligning performance measures with strategic objectives, and improving decision-making workflows. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from Alfred University.
