Rachelle Alpern

Rachelle Alpern serves as the Network Operations and Business Manager at UNC Health, overseeing in-home operations and leading business development for the Advanced Care at Home program since June 2017. Previously, Rachelle held roles including Rapid Response Network Manager, where Rachelle was instrumental in the program's design and network expansion, and Senior Innovation Consultant, managing a diverse portfolio of initiatives. Rachelle is also an adjunct assistant professor in Healthcare Finance at UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health. Prior experience includes consulting for Cognizant and various internships with Yale New Haven Health System and Yale School of Public Health, focusing on healthcare finance, population health, and global health initiatives. Rachelle holds an MHA and MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA in Political Science from Yale University.
