Robert Carpenter

Robert Carpenter is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in healthcare financial management. Currently serving as Finance Manager at UNC Health since June 2019, Robert has successfully collaborated with leadership on budget planning for value-based care contracts, developed financial modeling tools, and mentored team members in analytical skills. Previous roles include Senior Financial Consultant where Robert created financial projections for key stakeholders, and various financial analyst positions where expertise in revenue analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning was demonstrated. Robert holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Brigham Young University.
