Sylvia Ellington

Sylvia Ellington is currently a Project Coordinator for Strategy & Transformation at UNC Health, where responsibilities include coordinating projects and timelines to enhance the effectiveness of strategic initiatives. Previously, Sylvia served as Community Engagement Manager at Alamance Achieves, collaborating with the Executive Director on strategy and community partnerships, and as a Collaborative Action Facilitator, providing support and facilitation for community networks. Earlier roles included serving as a Kenan Community Impact Fellow with Alamance Achieves, fostering relationships with community stakeholders, and as an Administrative Assistant in Corporate IT at Labcorp, supporting senior executives. Sylvia holds an AB in Psychology from Elon University and participated in a study abroad program at the University of the Sunshine Coast.
