Richard Goldhoff

Richard Goldhoff has over 20 years of experience in sales operations and program management. Richard most recently worked at Unchained Labs as the Director of Sales & Marketing Operations, where they managed various processes and systems related to sales and marketing. Prior to that, they worked at BIO - RAD LABORATORIES, INC. as a Sr Global Program Manager, focusing on sales optimization and performance management. Richard has also held leadership positions at Aerohive Networks, Good Technology, and NetApp, where they managed sales operations and drove sales strategies. Richard has a strong background in Salesforce and has worked as a consultant for companies such as Ericsson and Cincinnati Milacron. Richard has a proven track record of improving processes, building global teams, and driving business transformations.

Richard Goldhoff has an MBA in Management and Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business. Richard also has a BS-ChE in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
