Ariana Balch, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience. Ariana started their career in 2006 as a Coach for the Livermore Fusion Soccer Club, where they successfully coached and mentored a team of players, leading them to win the championship for three consecutive years.
In 2009, Ariana joined HSS as an Executive Assistant, providing high-level administrative support to the Vice President and Director of Operations. Ariana played a crucial role in establishing procedures and bringing order to a fast-paced and unorganized environment. Additionally, they successfully coordinated the relocation of the regional office, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
In 2013, Ariana worked as a Notary Public for the California Secretary of State, where they were responsible for notarizing various documents and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
From 2014 to 2020, Ariana served in various roles at UNCLE Credit Union, starting as a Senior Executive Assistant and later becoming the Assistant Vice President, Administration. In their role as AVP, they served as the CEO and board of directors' right-hand person, overseeing administrative tasks, managing the budget, and ensuring regulatory compliance and board governance.
In 2019, Ariana was elected as the Board President for the East Bay Chapter CCUL after serving as the Board secretary. Ariana organized workshops and networking events to raise financial literacy and bridge the executive communication gap.

Ariana Balch, MBA has a diverse education history. Ariana first attended San Jose State University from 2005 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Justice Studies. Ariana then pursued further education at Western CUNA Management School from 2018 to 2021, specializing in Credit Union Management and Advocacy. Recently, from 2020 to 2022, Ariana attended California State University - East Bay, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategy and Innovation. In addition to their formal degrees, Ariana also holds a Fundamentals of Coaching Certification from NFHS, making their a Certified Coach for High School.
