Gargi Basu is an experienced professional in supply operations and customer experience, currently serving as the Head of Supply Operations and Customer Experience at Uncle Delivery since August 2021. Prior to this role, Gargi was the Head of Customer Experience at Lalamove from January 2019 to July 2021, and held the position of Operations Manager at GlobalLogic between April 2017 and December 2018, focusing on improving operational systems and quality control. Gargi's earlier experience includes significant roles at Airtel, including Programme Manager for Customer Experience and Business Manager for a newly established Nodal Appellate Centre, where Gargi led process reengineering and optimization efforts. Educational credentials include a degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and attendance at City College and Loreto Day School, achieving a focus in Business/Commerce.
