Trey Harper has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, having spent over three decades at Uncle Julio's in various roles. Beginning as a Manager in September 1992, Trey progressed to Server, Bartender, and Caterer before advancing to General Manager in June 2007. In May 2021, Trey was promoted to Senior General Manager, a position held until December 2023. Educationally, Trey attended The University of Texas at Arlington and The University of Texas at Austin, and graduated from Westwood High School.

Uncle Julio’s Restaurant Group serves made-from-scratch Mexican cuisine, using fresh ingredients and authentic recipes to create its signature taste in everything from its mesquite-grilled meats to its hand-crafted margaritas. Headquartered in Irving, the first Uncle Julio’s opened in 1986 and has since grown to 41 restaurants in eleven states: Texas, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Virginia, Florida, Tennessee, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Wisconsin and Colorado and continues to expand to define the polished casual Mexican industry.
