Hope Wegner has a strong background in customer experience and engagement training, currently serving as Customer Experience Manager at Uncommon James since October 2021. Prior to this, Hope held the position of Engagement Coach/Trainer at STARTEK from January 2020 to August 2021, where skills in employee engagement were developed and implemented.
