Cassandra Castillo

Cassandra Castillo is an accomplished professional in talent recruitment and education, currently serving as the Director of Talent Recruitment at Uncommon Schools since July 2015, with a progressive career that includes roles as Senior Associate Director, Associate Director, and Recruitment Coordinator. Prior experience includes teaching 5th grade at Miami-Dade Public Schools, where recognition as Rookie Teacher of the Year was attained for the 2014-2015 year. Cassandra also contributed to Teach For America in various capacities, including Corps Member and Campus Outreach Coordinator.
