Don Taylor

Don Taylor (SHRM-CP) has an extensive background in talent acquisition and education. Since July 2017, Don has held various roles at Uncommon Schools, progressing from Talent Acquisition Associate to Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. Prior to this, Don worked as a High School English Teacher at Fulton County Schools and served as a Corps Member with Teach For America from July 2014 to July 2016. Don began a career in human resources as an HR Implementation Consultant at ADP from July 2013 to July 2014. Don holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Morehouse College and a Master of Education in Policy and Leadership from American University.
