Kimberly Griffith

Kimberly Griffith has an extensive background in educational leadership and school culture development. Since August 2013, Kimberly has held multiple positions at Uncommon Schools, including Director of Dean of Students Development and Support, Director of School Support, and Associate Director of School Culture, demonstrating a commitment to fostering positive school environments. Prior experience includes serving as a Student Leadership Consultant with the Student Leadership Project, where Kimberly worked with KIPP West Philadelphia and Young Scholars Frederick Douglass to develop student leaders. Earlier roles include Dean of Student and Parent Culture and Math Teacher at New Orleans College Prep, with an educational foundation from Duke University, where Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Analysis.
