Laila Plamondon

Laila Plamondon is a seasoned IT and operations leader currently serving as the Senior Director of IT, Operations & Product Management at Uncommon Schools since May 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing product management, tech project management, and IT support across a 20-member team. Laila has successfully led the Agile transformation within the IT department, implemented Salesforce as the primary CRM for over 50 schools, and developed professional development programs for senior leaders. Previous roles at Uncommon Schools included Director of IT, Product Management, and Director of IT, Support, with an emphasis on developing technology solutions and addressing operational needs. Additional experience includes a leadership role as Director of Operations at School Choice International, and volunteer work with Smith College, contributing to regional coordination and alumnae initiatives. Laila holds a BA in Psychology and Music from Smith College.
