Liam Lee Pow

Liam Lee Pow is an experienced educator with a strong background in elementary education, currently serving as an Elementary School Teacher and Instructional Leader at Uncommon Schools since June 2019. Prior to this role, Liam was a 4th Grade Teacher and Grade Team Leader at KIPP New Jersey from June 2021 to June 2022 and worked as a full-time Teacher for 2nd and 4th grades at Achievement First from June 2015 to June 2019, where responsibilities included curriculum implementation and student mentorship for approximately ninety-five students. Liam began the career as a School Age Coordinator at Brightside Academy, overseeing educational programs for children aged 5-12, and gained early experience as a Tutor and Assistant Teacher at Harlem Children's Zone. Liam holds a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Relay Graduate School of Education, obtained in 2017, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hampton University, earned in 2011.
