Shea O'Scannlain

Shea O'Scannlain is an experienced educator currently serving as an 11th Grade AP English Teacher at Uncommon Charter High School since August 2023, focusing on high academic standards and data-informed instructional practices. Prior experience includes a role as Grade Team Lead and Teacher Volunteer at Apex for Youth, where Shea empowered underserved youth through social emotional learning. Additional experience includes working as a Writing Center Tutor at College of the Holy Cross, Program Director at Rainbow Child Development Center, and various internships in writing and marketing. Shea holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Studio Art from the College of the Holy Cross and is pursuing a Masters of Education Policy & Analysis at Harvard Graduate School of Education.
