Shenise Duboulay

Shenise Duboulay is an experienced professional currently serving as a Data Analyst at Uncommon Schools since June 2023, previously holding roles as an IT Support Analyst and Administrative Assistant to the CIO. Prior to this, Shenise worked at Thrive from April 2022 to July 2023 as a Network Operations Coordinator and Associate Technical Support Engineer. Shenise's experience also includes a position as a Claims Adjuster at Progressive Insurance from February 2021 to April 2022 and an internship at the Institute for the Quantitative Study of Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity in 2020. Shenise began a career at Hamilton College, serving as a Senior Admissions Representative, IT Field Technical Assistant, and Residential Advisor from 2017 to March 2020. Educationally, Shenise holds a Master of Science in Learning Experience Design from Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Hamilton College.
