Nikita Mavinkurve

Nikita Mavinkurve is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Member at Uncommon, an exclusive network for female leaders, starting in August 2024. Previously, Nikita held multiple roles at Grab from May 2021 to February 2025, including Product Marketing Manager for Consumer Experiences and Payments, where initiatives included launching significant products and shaping go-to-market strategies. Prior experience also includes being Co-Founder and Product Lead at Instill, and roles at dltledgers and One Of Us, an NGO focusing on Foreign Domestic Workers.
