Richard Striedl

Richard Striedl has worked in the IT and software engineering field since 1996. Richard began their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they attended boot camp and MOS school for Aviation Supply Clerk (MOS 6672) and Automated Information Systems Computer Operator (MOS 6673). From 2001 to 2011, they worked for Motorola, Corporate Information Technology as an IT Sr. Architect and Sr. Integration Architect. During this time, they were responsible for reducing the service platform by 50%, reducing the overall IT budget by 10%, and standardizing processes across multiple platform services. From 2011 to 2014, they worked for Motorola Mobility a Google Company as an IT Architect and Integration Architect. Richard was responsible for platform architecture reviews for the eBusiness services EAI, BAM, BPM, B2B and SaaS. From 2014 to 2017, they worked for Moonshot by Pactera as a Sr. Software Architect and Sr. DevOps Practice Lead. From 2017 to 2019, they worked for 5thColumn as a Director of Customer Engineering, Head of Customer Success, Head of Product, and Vice President of Infrastructure Assurance & Site Reliability with DevOps Oversite. Richard is currently employed at UncommonX as the Director of Service Architecture and Director of Customer Engineering.

Richard Striedl received their high school education from Kaneland High School between 1992 and 1996. Richard then went on to obtain certifications in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT in October 2015, Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in November 2016, and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in April 2017.
