Connie Klabunde has a long and varied work experience. Connie began their career in 1971 as a Senior Business Analyst and Managed Care Senior Analyst for Mutual of Omaha. In 2003, they worked as a Weekend Victim Advocate for the YWCA. From 2004-2009, they worked as a Business Analyst 3 for American Enterprise, and then as a Business Analyst for Carlson Hospitality from 2009-2011. In 2011, they began working for ACI Worldwide as a Business Analyst / Business Process Analyst, where they were responsible for documentation of business and functional requirements, documentation of use case stories detailing requirements, collaborating with web design teams to meet requirements, elicitation and documentation of business and functional requirement for customer enhancement requests, document and implement test plans to complete quality assurance on requirements, support Service Desk following ITIL processes, Problem Manager for Support Service Desk, and Change Control Manager for IT processes. From 2015-2016, they worked as a Rural Carrier Associate for the United States Postal Service, and then as a Team Member for Kroger from 2016-2022. Connie currently works as a Project Coordinator for Uncork-it.
Connie Klabunde's education history includes attending Marian High School, Creighton University from 1990 to 1994 where they studied Computer Programming, Bellevue University in 2004 for MIS, obtaining an MHP from HIAA, a Prince2 Foundation Certification from Prince2, and a Distinguished Toastmaster Designation from Toastmasters.
