Dr. Kimberly Miller serves as the Director of Institutional Effectiveness at the University of North Carolina Wilmington since April 2021, overseeing research, assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting SACSCOC Accreditation compliance. Concurrently, Dr. Miller is a consultant for Implementation Insights, LLC, assessing and evaluating educational programs, and acts as an assessor for the ANSI National Accreditation Board. Previously, Dr. Miller led research and assessment initiatives as the Director of Assessment, Research, and Strategic Priorities at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Additional experience includes teaching as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus and holding director positions in institutional planning and assessment at Chesapeake College and Anne Arundel Community College. Dr. Miller's academic credentials include a Doctorate in Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a Master's degree in Global Education & Human Resource Development from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from East Texas A&M University.
