Jessica Ludwick

Jessica Ludwick is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant and Recruitment & Employment Specialist in Talent Acquisition at the University of North Carolina Wilmington since February 2019. Previously, Jessica held the position of Career Advisor/Employer Relations at Ancora Education from 2014 to February 2019, where responsibilities included providing leadership in student placement and career development while ensuring adherence to regulatory benchmarks. Jessica also worked as a Business Account Executive at Charter Communications, focusing on client acquisition and relationship management, and served as an HR/Career Development Administrator at Seneca Resorts & Casinos, where program implementation for recruitment and employee development was a primary responsibility. The career began as a Program Coordinator for the Seneca Nation of Indians from 2007 to 2011. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Niagara University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Instructional Technology at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
