Lucy Holman currently serves as the Associate Provost and Dean of the Library at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, a position held since July 2021. Additionally, Lucy has been the University Librarian at Randall Library at the same institution since July 2018. Prior to this, Lucy held various roles at the University of Baltimore, including Dean of Langsdale Library and Associate Director of Langsdale Library, contributing to the library sector since 1999. Earlier experience includes positions at Harford Community College and the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Lucy holds multiple degrees, including a DCD in Interaction Design & Information Architecture from the University of Baltimore and an MSLS in Library Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Further educational qualifications include an MHDL in Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a BA in Journalism/History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
