James Middleton

James Middleton is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in venture development and strategic advisory roles. Currently, James serves as the Founder of Decollare Capital Limited, focusing on investment readiness for early-stage startups, and as a Mentor for the Undaunted incubator, guiding very early-stage startups in climate innovation. James is also involved with Kinetic Investments and Flashpoint as a Venture Scout, identifying promising investment opportunities. In addition, James holds advisory positions at Real-E Racing and InsightX, specializing in fundraising strategy and investor messaging, respectively. Previously, as the Founder and CEO of Jasmine Technologies Limited, James successfully launched and sold an innovative same-day delivery marketplace. Additional experience includes roles at BlackRock as a Director, where James contributed to the development of successful trading models, and Millennium as a consultant. James holds a Master of Arts in Financial Economics and Modern History from the University of Dundee.
