Allison Marsh

Allison Marsh is an experienced professional in customer experience and consumer insights, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience and VoC Lead at Under Armour since April 2021. Prior positions include Head of Customer Experience at John Hancock, where a framework for gathering and analyzing consumer feedback across business units was developed, and Director of Consumer Insights & Market Research at C Space, which focuses on customer collaboration.
