Ausra Jakuboviene

Ausra Jakuboviene is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in organizational transformation and corporate strategy, currently serving as Vice President of Organizational Transformation at Under Armour. Previous roles at Under Armour include Director of Corporate Strategy & Business Development and Director of International A&F. Ausra has also held senior positions at FTI Consulting as Senior Director of Strategy Activation/Strategic Projects and Senior Manager of International Accounting. Early career experiences include managerial roles in international accounting at Arinc Inc. and Norsk Hydro/Hydro Aluminum North America. Ausra holds an MBA in Leadership and Financial Management from the Norwegian Business Institute/Kaunas ISM joint program and a BA in Business Administration from LCC International University.
