Courtney Rothermel

Courtney Rothermel has extensive experience in the textiles and apparel industry, having worked at Under Armour from April 2019 to January 2023 as Lead Materials Developer for Apparel & Accessories and previously as a Senior Apparel Materials Developer. Prior to this, Courtney contributed to research at the Textile Protection and Comfort Center, focusing on ventilation in firefighter turnout suits, and gained research and development experience at International Textile Group and Hanesbrands Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Textile Sciences and Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Textile Engineering - Product Development, both from North Carolina State University.
