Ian Crary

Ian Crary is a seasoned footwear development professional with extensive experience in the sports industry. Currently serving as a Senior Developer at Under Armour since September 2022, Ian has been instrumental in key projects for basketball and Curry footwear lines. Prior to this, Ian spent 18 years at adidas, where roles included Senior Specialist in Athlete Servicing for major leagues, and Manager of Footwear Development in both Lifestyle Basketball and Action Sports, overseeing numerous high-impact projects and achieving significant sales success. Ian's collaborative work with elite athletes such as Damian Lillard and James Harden, along with the development of innovative footwear solutions, showcases strong expertise in product development, athlete partnerships, and sustainable practices. Ian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Portland State University.
