Iris Zamora

Iris Zamora serves as the Manager of HR Panama at Under Armour since August 2018, where responsibilities include maintaining familiarity with HR regulations and company policies, acting as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries, and ensuring effective resolution of employee concerns. Previously held the role of HR Administration Specialist for LATAM, overseeing onboarding, data integrity, and payroll processes. Prior to Under Armour, Iris worked as an HR Generalist at Saint Honoré, managing payroll for 250 employees, and as the HR and Administration Manager at Thunderbird Entertainment, leading recruitment, employee integration activities, and benefits management. Iris holds an MBA with an emphasis on Business Management and has completed postgraduate studies in Senior Management, alongside a degree in Industrial Administrative Engineering.
