Jasmeen Deol

Jasmeen Deol is a seasoned professional in sports product management with a strong background in athlete intelligence and product research. Currently serving as a Sr. Professional, Athlete Intelligence Field Researcher at Under Armour since June 2025, Jasmeen has previously contributed to Nike's innovation efforts as a Product Research Associate in the Nike Sport Research Lab from April 2024 to May 2025. Additional experience includes a role as a Project Consultant at Outdoor Research and a Consumer Research Teaching Assistant at the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business. Jasmeen's early career also includes a summer internship in product launch at GOFLUO. Holding a Master of Science in Sports Product Management from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from McMaster University, Jasmeen combines academic knowledge with practical experience in the sports industry.
